From Passion to Purpose – Siddhesh’s Journey

Siddhesh began his journey in education in 2012 while pursuing his own studies, working as a supervisor and paper checker in various coaching classes. What initially started as a way to support his education slowly turned into a deep passion for teaching.

In 2016, he joined JP Academy as a part-time teacher while simultaneously working a full-time job in an e-commerce company. Although his weekdays were spent in the corporate world, he always found himself waiting for the weekends — the time he could step into a classroom and teach.

Teaching soon became more than just a part-time role. The satisfaction of helping students understand concepts and gain confidence made him realize where his true passion lay.

By the end of 2018, Siddhesh made a bold decision to leave his corporate job and dedicate himself fully to teaching. With the support and belief of JP Academy, he began his journey as a full-time educator.

Today, Siddhesh is committed to helping students build strong fundamentals, develop logical thinking, and approach learning with confidence. For him, teaching is not just a profession — it is a purpose.
