Nitin Sir began teaching Class 9 and 10 students while still pursuing his engineering degree, and continued privately mentoring JEE and NEET aspirants even through his years at Infosys. What he witnessed in large coaching batches — capable students losing confidence for want of individual attention — drove him to leave his corporate career and commit to full-time teaching.

His Chemistry teaching centres on conceptual clarity above all. When students understand Chemistry — when they see the logic instead of memorizing the formula — they stop fearing it and start scoring in it. His structured, logical approach has produced NEET and JEE Chemistry toppers year after year.
