JP Sir's love for teaching began long before it became a profession. He spent years helping students understand Mathematics from scratch — first as a peer, then as a tutor, then as the founder of the Academy that bears his name. His classroom philosophy is simple but powerful: start from zero, build slowly, raise the bar gradually, never let a student feel lost.

More than 1,000 students have learned Mathematics under his guidance. His alumni sit today in IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IISER Bhopal, VJTI, and colleges across India. His real achievement, he says, is the student who once feared mathematics and now teaches it.

JP Sir's philosophy: A child will never know how good they are if they stop trying. Our job is to be the light that helps them see their own potential.
